Our vandal resistant emergency assistance alarm range offers tough, cost‑effective, BS 8300‑2 and document M compatible systems suitable for public use. We supply stand‑alone alarms, multiple alarm systems with remote monitoring and combined systems with disabled refuge EVCS, building alarms, etc. For larger and smarter sites, we offer networked solutions with optional BMS interfaces. Ideal for hospitals, railway stations, hotels, airports and other public spaces.
Our DT7550.85 kit adds a disabled toilet emergency assistance LCD indicator panel to a compact disabled refuge EVCS master station. Kits can also be used to add LCD indicator panels to suitable third‑party equipment and instrumentation panels.
LCD indicator panels display the status of the disabled toilet alarm system and alert staff to activated alarms. Kits can be networked together to provide monitoring in multiple locations.
Panels are fitted with an illuminated 16‑character LCD display, an integral sounder, MUTE button and a global alarm output for use with additional equipment. On alarm the integral sounder is activated and a message identifying the alarm source is shown on the LCD display. The alarm source message is a customisable alphanumeric string of up to 16 characters. If more than one alarm is active simultaneously the LCD display will scroll through all of the active alarms. The MUTE button silences the sounders of all of the LCD indicator panels attached to the system.
To encourage staff and other responders to visit the source of the alarm and to comply with British Standards, LCD indicator panels cannot be used to reset alarms.
