PROJECT: Disabled Toilet Alarm Over Telephone

A vandal resistant, stainless steel disabled changing room alarm system with remote monitoring was required for a major UK sports club.

We offered our vandal resistant stainless steel toilet alarm system specially designed for public use.

Remote monitoring is provided over the telephone network, reducing cabling costs, disruption, etc. If an alarm is activated, the reset unit automatically dials the monitoring station to alert the operator. If the user is able to speak, he/she can explain their issue to the operator. The operator is then able to arrange an appropriate response, minimising discomfort for the user.
