The reset button is used to reset (or cancel) the alarm after an incident has been resolved. Our enhanced resets offer a BS 8300‑2 compatible timed acknowledge function to reassure users and facilitate audible communication. Reset units are usually installed inside an alarm zone to allow users to cancel the alarm and to ensure alarm responders visit the location in response to an alarm.
