We supply standard, illuminated and IP65 alarm‑strips, in a range of colours and styles. Fixings for corners, bends, etc. are also available enabling strips to be mounted in most locations. Our system can control up to 150 strips and is monitored from tough, stainless steel, indicator panels which can be customised to match site requirements.
CALL POINTS Call points, pull cords and alarm‑strips are used to call for assistance in emergency. These units are mounted in strategic locations in accordance with current standards, enabling distressed persons to activate alarms. Depending on the system configuration, beacons, sounders and remote monitoring units will alert staff and others to respond to incidents.
IA9090.13: ILLUMINATED AFFRAY MUSHROOM BUTTON Our IA9090.13 offers an illuminated alarm call button to call for assistance. The front panel is made from brushed finish stainless steel and annotated in black with the word AFFRAY. Other finishes and alternative annotation are available on request.
CALL BUTTON The call button is a large, tough, finger or palm operated mushroom ‘strike’ button. The unit is usually supplied with a red call button, other colours are available on request.
BUTTON ILLUMINATION The button illumination indicates the alarm state, offering reassurance to users and acts as a deterrent to unwanted activity. When connected to a FOLKNOLL INTELLIGENT AFFRAY ALARM system the button illumination behaves as follows: ON/STEADY: system operating normally and ready for alarm activation, FLASHING: alarm activated, OFF: system fault.
MOUNTING This unit is suitable for mounting in a standard UK, 35mm, single gang, back box.
