Our SoundCall sound level activated intercom brings peace of mind to residents by alerting operators to unexpected noise levels in remote rooms. Operators can call the room unit to check on the room and occupants at any time. The system offers adjustable trigger levels, an unlimited number of rooms, standard and intercom room units.
Room units continually monitor the sound level within a room. The level is displayed as multicoloured LED bar graph on the front of the unit. If the level exceeds the pre‑set trigger level the unit automatically alerts the operators. The operators will be able to hear any sounds in the room and decide how to respond.
ROOM UNIT WITH INTERCOM
Our Room Unit with Intercom also offers a two‑way intercom. Room occupants can call for help of assistance by initiating a call or assistance call to an operator. Operators can call and check occupants.
If the occupant does not want to be overheard or called, they may select Privacy mode using the buttons on the front of the unit. Privacy mode is indicated by the Privacy status LED.
SOUND LEVEL MONITORING IS NOT AFFECTED BY PRIVACY MODE, IF THE SOUND LEVEL IN THE ROOM EXCEEDS THE TRIGGER LEVEL THE UNIT WILL STILL INITIATE AN ALERT ENABLING THE OPERATOR TO HEAR SOUNDS IN THE ROOM
